Mark Baxley, Co-owner of BAM Home Watch
It’s a pleasure to meet you! I’m Mark Baxley, co-owner of BAM Home Watch. I founded Brick and Mortar in 2004, and since then, I’ve completed more than 12,000 home inspections across Colorado. That experience has given me a deep understanding of how homes are built, how they perform, and how to protect them for the long term.
Originally from Charleston, South Carolina, I first came to Colorado to attend the U.S. Air Force Academy and quickly fell in love with this beautiful state. After graduating in 1984, I served as an acquisitions officer with assignments in California and Florida before returning to Colorado in 1994 — and I’ve called it home ever since. When I’m not working, I enjoy exercising, golfing, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. At BAM Home Watch, our goal is simple: to provide homeowners with the same professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail that have defined our inspection business for more than two decades.
Lori Baxley, Co-owner of BAM Home Watch
I understand how much is at stake when it comes to your home and real estate investments. I’m Lori Baxley, co-owner and business manager of BAM Home Watch. As one of four daughters of a highly decorated war veteran, “home” has meant many places to me — and that’s given me a deep appreciation for the comfort, stability, and care a home provides.
My professional background includes extensive experience in organizational development, management, and higher education, all of which have strengthened my focus on service, communication, and operational excellence. When time allows, I love long walks with our dog, Tripp, golfing, and cooking favorite family recipes. But most of all, I cherish time spent with family and friends. Since 2004, it has been a true honor to serve the Colorado real estate community. At BAM Home Watch, our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service, open communication, and the same care for your home that we give our own.

Zack Baxley
I’ve been part of the Brick and Mortar Home Inspections and BAM Home Watch team for over eight years, completing more than 3,000 home inspections during that time. My background gives me a deep understanding of home systems and a commitment to delivering a thorough, reliable, and professional Home Watch experience. I’m also a United States Navy veteran, where my service took me to more than 18 countries around the world. That experience instilled in me a strong sense of discipline, attention to detail, and pride in every task I take on. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time in the gym, hitting the trails on my mountain bike, or relaxing with my dog, Maverick. I look forward to meeting you and providing the peace of mind that comes with knowing your home is in good hands.
Kevin McEntee
I’m a Home Inspector, Home Watch Provider, and FAA-Certified Drone Pilot with Brick and Mortar Home Inspections and BAM Home Watch. I joined the team in early 2023, bringing years of inspection experience and a strong background in property assessment. Before joining Brick and Mortar, I worked in the insurance industry conducting comprehensive inspections of properties impacted by Hurricane Ida (2021) in Louisiana and Hurricane Ian (2022) in Florida. These experiences reinforced my attention to detail and commitment to helping property owners protect and restore their investments.
I’m also a U.S. Navy veteran, where I maintained a range of aircraft including the F/A-18F Super Hornet and the P-3B Orion. During my service, I deployed to the Persian Gulf aboard the U.S.S. Harry S. Truman in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. After moving to Colorado with my wife, Natalie, in 2010, I earned my degree from the University of Colorado Denver in 2012. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, swimming, camping, target shooting, and tackling home improvement projects — but most of all, I value time spent with family and friends.
Greg McLain
I joined Brick and Mortar Home Inspections and BAM Home Watch in early 2024, bringing nearly two decades of home inspection experience to the team. Over the course of my career, I’ve completed more than 6,000 inspections across California, Arizona, and now Colorado. Inspecting and caring for homes isn’t just my profession — it’s my passion. I take pride in helping homeowners and buyers understand the details of their property so they can make informed decisions with confidence. I’m excited to bring my expertise and attention to detail to the Colorado Springs area, providing thorough inspections and dependable Home Watch services that homeowners can truly trust.
Kevin Baker
I’ve been a Residential and Commercial Inspector in Colorado since 2021, specializing in commercial inspections through CCPIA and ComSOP. My hands-on experience growing up on construction sites, combined with years as a real estate appraiser and Firefighter/EMT, gives me a deep understanding of how homes are built, maintained, and kept safe. Those skills are exactly what I bring to BAM Home Watch. By closely monitoring properties, spotting early warning signs, and documenting potential issues, I help homeowners protect their investment and enjoy peace of mind while away. When I’m not on the job, I love spending time with my wife and kids, tackling home projects, and staying active. Being part of Home Watch allows me to combine my passion for inspections with a commitment to keeping homes safe and secure.

Heidi Wright
I am a Client Care Coordinator for Brick and Mortar Home Inspections and BAM Home Watch. I’ve been working in the real estate and inspection industry in support roles since 2011, helping buyers, agents, and homeowners navigate property care with ease. In my role, I’m the first point of contact — taking your calls, scheduling services, and making any necessary adjustments to ensure everything runs smoothly. When I’m not working, I enjoy editing theology content and exploring the beautiful Colorado surroundings. My goal is to make every interaction seamless, so whether you’re a homeowner or real estate professional, you can feel confident that your Home Watch experience will be organized, professional, and stress-free.
Nikki Wright
I am a Client Care Coordinator for Brick and Mortar Home Inspections and BAM Home Watch. Over the past ten years, I’ve worked in bookings, publicity, publishing, and administrative support, honing my ability to anticipate client needs and ensure smooth, seamless communication. My goal is to make every interaction effortless, helping answer questions and guide you through your Home Watch or inspection experience with clarity and care. Outside of work, you might find me caring for my eight guinea pigs, rescuing blankets from my mischievous cat, or exploring quirky corners of film history.
