Free Home Watch Consultation
A 30 – 60 minute walk-through of your property and a personal introduction to our services — because your peace of mind matters.
At the end of the consultation, you will have the opportunity to select home watch services needed, complete and sign a service contract, arrange payment, and schedule reoccurring service on a weekly, or bi-weekly basis. We offer month-to-month, seasonal, or long-term service contract options.
Home Watch Services (Interior):
- Check all windows and doors to verify they are secure
- Visually check for signs of pest infestation or rodents
- Check Security System is working
- Check circuit breaker and reset any that have tripped
- Verify A/C, heater, and thermostat are set properly and functioning and replace filters as needed
- Check hot water heater for visible leaks
- Check ceiling for visible signs of roof leaks or plumbing issues
- Run faucets in sinks, tubs, and showers
- Check under sinks for any water leaks
- Run garbage disposal
- Flush Toilets to verify they are working correctly
- Confirm refrigerator(s) is working properly
- Check smoke detectors and replace batteries if needed
- Run dishwasher, washer, and dryer to prevent seals from cracking (if requested)
- Check garage door openers
- Open and close main water valve as directed by owner
- Check house phone for messages (if requested)
- Set window coverings and blinds as requested by owner
- Change timer on lights (if requested)
Home Watch Services (Exterior):
- 360° walk around the perimeter of house checking for damage
- Remove mail, flyers, newspapers or advertising and place in a safe/designated area
- Report on landscape maintenance including down trees or branches
- Visually inspect for any drainage issues
- Check exterior for vandalism
- Check outside lights to verify they are working correctly and replace bulbs as needed
- Visual check of A/C equipment
- Visually check for signs of pest infestation, including birds, snakes, rodents, bees and wasps
- Visual inspection of roof and gutters from ground level

- Our services other than Home Watch are available to homeowners for an additional fee.
- Our pricing is based upon your home size and other factors. Our additional services are billed at an hourly rate and an additional fee may apply when outside of our normal business hours.
